A disturbing news report has come through from Alabama concerning the new lethal injection "cocktail" which has been approved. The state have asked that 9 inmates be set a date for execution by this new method. One of which is Billy. Billy also currently has an appeal which is under review by the court so why aren't they waiting for the answer before putting his name forward?
