Bill Blair offensively shut down most Dispensaries/Compassion Clubs if not all (still in progress) in Toronto. All or some Dispensaries should be immediately reinstated and then regulated like they are doing in British Columbia. Not every Dispensary or Compassion Club is out to grab quick money, many have been operating in Toronto for years with zero issues and have been providing a very valuable service to real people with real Medical needs at much fairer prices than the Licenced Producers. The LP's (Licenced Producers) are the ones that are in it for the big bucks with little or no experience lobbying like mad with little or no interest in the needs of the people they supply.
