Lowell street crossing is becoming unsafe! As well as lowell street it's self! 

cars are driving the wrong way on the one way street, on lowell street.

Also cars are turning left when it is a right turn only, onto commercial road this means, cars are driving through when the lights are on green for pedestrians on the pedestrian crossing.

This  is despite fully signed road signs and markings saying right turn only we need ANPR cameras put in before someone is seriously hurt!

I am not suggesting that they turn the junction into a left turn solely suggesting  that they put cameras in to the junction

in addition Commercial Road at the bottom of Lowell Street is becoming a race track we need the road speed lowered to 20 miles an hour like it is on the other parts of Commercial Road this will reduce road noise and make the road safer.

There is also a requirement for a pedestrian crossing at the entrance of Basin Approach, which forms part of the same junction. The pedestrian footfall along this stretch of Commercial Road has significantly increased with the reopening of the hostel and with the soon opening student accommodation this will only get worse.
