No money no crossing

Well if you click the link included you will see that due to not having enough money and not enough accidents we will not be getting a safe way To cross four elms road. So basically it doesn't take someone to get hurt to get something done it takes some people and sadly  possibly even someone's death to make them change. Or you can help me in getting this petition seen and signed to try and make this change happen
