The White Loch has fallen victim to people who lack respect for the local farmers, environment, and wildlife as well as posing hazardous and dangerous driving conditions for road users.

This petition is to bring to the attention of the authorities that parking on the road where there is low visibility to oncoming traffic (blind corners where there is no clear indication that passing parked cars is safe), parking in entrances where farmers need to access animals or their property, that harassment to these farmers in the name of the right to roam rights to get their own way, is absolutely not acceptable. 

Open Water swimming isn't illegal but now more than ever accidents/fatalities are happening. Let's bring to attention that action needs to be taken on the White Loch to be made safe again for those who attend for swimming and those who use the B769 road for everyday use without having to wait two to three hours for Police to attend before an accident happens.
