This Petition is to urge Macon-Bibb County Officials to reverse all of the recent changes made at the John Drew Smith Tennis Center, the Tattnall Square Tennis Center and the Randy Stephens Tennis Center that effectively forced three not only well liked Tennis Instructors (Coach Juan, Coach Lubos and Coach Greg) but also residents of Middle Georgia out of business at these "Public Park Tennis Centers" as "Independent Contractors".

This will deprive many Macon-Bibb County constituents and numerous Middle Georgia consumers the opportunity to continue to participate in the "Awesome" Tennis Programs and Friendships established at these "Public Parks" over many years and force us to stop playing Tennis at these Public Parks or otherwise have “Privatized” Tennis Programs of Atlanta Area based Agape Tennis Academy forced upon us.

It is unconscionable that these changes to our Public Parks occurred during the current Corona Virus Pandemic without any regard for “Public”  opinion.  If County Officials don’t step in and make a change by removing Agape from our 3 public parks so our Local Coaches can return and  conduct their Programs we will have to leave our OWN PUBLIC PARKS or return to these parks to find “Higher Prices”, “Unfamiliar Non-Resident Coaches”, “A Lack Of Tennis Court Availability For Public Play”, “A Focus On Advanced Vigorous Tennis Programs Not Designed For Fun And Recreation”, and “A Lack Of Tennis Programs That Are Welcoming To All Public Players No Matter The Skill Level Or Financial Ability!”
