Good news! Yesterday the RivCo Board of Supervisors voted 5-0 to extend the moratorium on any new STR approvals another 10.5 months. This will allow us to continue our dialogue with the county on important issues such as annual physical inspections, an 8-10% total limit cap, a 300'-500' density radius requirement and other enforcement and accountability concerns without our neighborhoods being overrun by more and more STR's. 

Our work is not done but this is indeed a victory and so thanks to all of you who have signed the petition, sent emails, phoned in your concerns and showed up at the meetings. It takes a village to save a village!
