Dear Supporters

So, finally the draft Domestic Abuse Bill has been issued today and of course any strengthening of the laws in this area is warmly welcomed.

However, first glance we feel it still falls somewhat short of 'transforming the Government's response to domestic abuse' especially when it comes to the family courts, so we still need your support more than ever to spread the petition far and wide.

Your voices are starting to be heard so let's keep the momentum going, and let's be ready for the new Domestic Abuse Commissioner when they get appointed in the Spring as they have been asked to look at the family court process through the lens of the child.
