There is a major issue with the supply of the Business Bounce Back Loan Scheme which are fully backed government loans for small businesses affected by Covid-19. There have been cases of mass declines taking place by a certain bank. Many small businesses have been refused the help they so desperately need. These loans were portrayed by Rishi Sunak to be quick access to financial help within 24 hrs of application and this is just not happening in many cases. People are being declined a 100% guaranteed loan. No risk to bank, no hard credit check loans, emergency crisis loans from government. These are not usual loans. This is a country in an unprecedented crisis situation and these loans have been designed to keep small businesses going and afloat as our normal trading activity can’t happen. What situation would this country now be in if the government and ultimately the taxpayer had refused the banks their massive bailouts over a decade ago, ultimately a mess that was created and caused by themselves!  Many small business owners will face heartbreak and loose businesses that they have worked hard some over many years to successfully build. This will ultimately not only affect the business owners but their families and in some cases employees too. This injustice needs urgently righting to protect the future livelihoods  of many small business owners who have been given hope directly from our government.
