The petition has stalled now because kiwis are again not outraged enough sadly. A initial surge when Alexey died two weeks ago but after the funeral nobody cares again and people in NZ simply move on with their life's. Look at that brave man in his coffin who gave his life for Russia and democracy and here we are in New Zealand where the Russian Ambassador has not even been summoned since the Ukraine war started. In fact, the ambassador refuses to be summoned or attend any meeting with our our Government?! Putin is a murderer! Chant it out loud, be outraged and stand up for democracy around the world. Putin is a killer & a coward! Imagine if that man in that coffin is your husband, son or brother, uncle would you be outraged then? We don't have to accept this sad outcome, even here in New Zealand. We all must put more pressure on that nasty regime in Russia and Putin.
