Averlie is a 5 year old little girl, who has been TRAGICALLY and MALICIOUSLY RIPPED AWAY from her LOVING MOTHER, Melissa, by a corrupt JUDGE SHELLEY SLATE WATERS in Morgan County, AL, after Alabama Department of Human Resources was paid by her grandparents to KIDNAP her. 

“The JUVENILE COURT OF MORGAN COUNTY, ALABAMA had/has ABSOLUTELY NO JURISDICTION over Melissa or HER CHILD Averlie Elizabeth Maze..... and they have KIDNAPPED HER and sold her to STRANGERS who have TRAFFICKED HER to a different state!!!!!”

She has been TAKEN by the same man (FRED MCCAY,  Melissa’s father) who ABUSED Melissa and her sister their entire lives, until her Melissa CUT ALL TIES with him OVER 2 YEARS AGO. In fact, Melissa’s two older children have NEVER had a relationship with him or his wife KIMBERLY GREENE SCOTT LATHAM TIPTON MCCAY. Now this same judge, Shelley Slate Waters, and her sidekick, GAL RACHEL MURPHY MORGAN, ordered NOBODY who SUPPORTS Melissa (including Averlie’s older BROTHER and SISTER) are allowed to see Averlie.... EVER!

This man, Fred McCay, along with the MORGAN COUNTY, AL SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT  performed an ILLEGAL search and seizure WITHOUT A WARRANT, even DESTROYING Melissa’s property....and FOUND NOTHING which would allow them to remove Averlie from her mother’s care- BECAUSE THERE WAS NOTHING TO FIND!! 

They decided to ACCUSE Melissa of being “strug out” on drugs. Melissa PASSED an immediate SUPERVISED DRUG TEST the day they stormed in on her, requested by DHR, and they STILL REMOVED her child that day....FOR NO REASON.

In fact, Melissa has NEVER FAILED a drug test and testified on the stand that she has NOT EVER and NEVER WILL use illegal drugs! So..... DHR/CPS TOLD the judge who signed the pick-up order (JUDGE BRENT CRAIG), that AVERLIE HAD BEEN ABANDONED AND THAT MELISSA REFUSED TO SIGN A SAFETY PLAN!!!!! 

A WEEK LATER Melissa PASSED ANOTHER SUPERVISED DRUG TEST at the court house ordered by Judge Waters. Then, the DHR social worker, HALEY CAGLE, took the stand and, under oath, TOLD THE TRUTH- that she HAD NO REASON TO TAKE THIS CHILD FROM HER MOTHER!

JUDGE Shelley Slate Waters ORDERED DHR be IMMEDIATELY REMOVED from the case after this, and ALLOWED Fred McCay and his wife Kimberly McCay to TAKE AVERLIE OUT OF ALABAMA TO TENNESSEE  TO LIVE.

She further ORDERED that AVERLIE could HAVE NO CONTACT WHATSOEVER with her older BROTHER and SISTER who have been in her LIFE SINCE HER BIRTH - not with Melissa’s MOTHER or ailing 80 YEAR OLD GRANDFATHER, Melissa’s SISTER, Averlie’s COUSINS, her 3 MONTH OLD NEICE, or ANYONE who SUPPORTED MELISSA IN ANY WAY!

It is a very SAD story of EXTREME MISCARRIAGE OF JUSTICE and CORRUPTION, VIOLATION OF TOO MANY CIVIL RIGHTS TO LIST, and has reached worldwide attention on social media outlets.

I firmly believe this is definitely a story worth looking into before s SOMETHING UNFORTUNATE  happens at the hands of these VILLAINS to this innocent LITTLE CHILD who DID NOT DESERVE  to be RIPPED AWAY from her FAMILY!

Melissa has been separated from her little 5 year old daughter for OVER 6 MONTHS. The LEGAL SYSTEM  has FAILED her in her attempts to get her back... It is a true fact that this court system had absolutely no jurisdiction to remove Averlie from her mother’s care in the first place. 

Meanwhile the ATTACKS against Melissa by the people who have custody of Averlie KEEP COMING!!

KIMBERLY MCCAY (Melissa’s WICKED step-mother) testified in court that she FALSELY and MALICIOUSLY filed a report on Melissa with the Alabama Board of Nursing in an attempt to have her FIRED FROM HER JOB as a nurse, as well as have her STRIPPED of her NURSING LICENSE. The board was able to see through these FALSE ALLEGATIONS and Melissa CONTINUES to hold a VALID nursing license.... but the malicious attacks do not stop there.

This same woman, Kimberly McCay, also LEFT NASTY REVIEWS on Melissa’s best friend’s website in an attempt to RUIN HER NAME and tank her business.

Fred and Kimberly McCay have ADMITTED to paying people to FOLLOW Melissa and have even ordered these people to BREAK IN Melissa’s home in the middle of the night.

Melissa has been HARASSED CONSTANTLY and been FORCED TO MOVE from her home and is now residing in a SAFE HOUSE in order to be PROTECTED from these TYRANTS who have TAKEN HER CHILD. They have made SEVERAL THREATS AGAINST her FAMILY if they try to HELP Melissa.

Kimberly McCay has since been sending harassing text messages to Melissa.... encouraging her to commit suicide. She has also sent threatening messages to Melissa’s older daughter, Alainah Dailey, threatening to kill her. 

PLEASE HELP STOP THESE EVIL PEOPLE FROM THEIR DESTRUCTIVE PURSUIT OF POWER AND CONTROL OVER THIS FAMILY!!!
