Riot: Fix Viego’s Animations and Voice Lines!

• Who?

  League of Legends players, especially Viego players, are feeling the effects of Riot’s neglect of champion quality. Viego’s animations are subpar compared to Yone or Aatrox and his voice lines are minimal. It’s not just Viego, recent champions have been getting less attention, Ambessa shares animations with Shyvana, base Samira and Soul Fighter Samira have the same animations. This is a problem for all players who care about champion quality.

• What’s at stake?

  If Riot keeps going down this road we’ll lose the high standards that made League of Legends so great. Champions should feel unique, polished and true to themselves. Viego, The Ruined King, has less item interactions than Yorick, a toplaner who doesn’t even build Blade of the Ruined King. If Riot doesn’t care about core champion details they will alienate dedicated players and lower the overall game quality.

• Why now?

  The community deserves champions that get the same level of care and polish as older releases. If we don’t speak up now this trend of cutting corners will only get worse. Riot expects us to invest in their content- let’s make them invest in it too. Sign this petition to make Riot improve Viego’s animations, voice lines and overall champion quality for everyone!
