Dear Riot,

We are the Manila Esports Club, an esports organization that hosts events, giveaways, and tournaments for the Philippines' Valorant community. 

Ever since Valorant was launched by Riot globally, it garnered a huge player base in the Philippines, with numerous groups, teams, and organizations formed. On Facebook, there are over 100,000+ members in different Valorant groups and pages in the country.  Many esports tournaments and community events also happen weekly, like the recent "1Tap Tournament" we sponsored and hosted in partnership with Valorant PH last September 30, which reached 12,000 views after its 6-hr stream (Link: Watch it here).

Although Valorant has been receiving lots of love and enthusiasm from gamers in the Philippines, we suffer from lag spikes, ping issues, and incompatible servers daily. Even when playing in a stack with friends, there would be two to three people who get a high ping for no reason. These connection issues could hold back our esports community from competing at the highest level with the rest of the SEA-region teams. Therefore, we humbly request that Riot grants a dedicated server for the Philippines.

We are writing this message hoping that Riot and the Valorant devs will see our community's dedication to consider making it happen in the future, just like the efforts made to release servers for India and the Middle East. The Philippines community has always been a big supporter of Riot. We have millions of players in the League of Legends Philippines server. We also have a growing community in League of Legends: Wild Rift, even though it is not fully released.
