As we know, the frustration from many players of League of Legends started when they had games with players that had an awful attitude, this could be: inactive players in the game or intentional feeders.

I have come up with a solution: make Riot share the LP for winning a game individally. This means:

If your team WINS the game, you get LP according to the grade you get. If you get the highest grade (an S- for example) you recieve 19 LP, the next grade, 15, next 10, and so on. Also if a player feeds intentionally, he must lose LP even if he teams wins.
If your team LOSES, the team loses pints normally, but if a player gets an S or A grade, he obtains a few league points or doesn't lose even one.

This way we are preventing those players with bad attitude to climb and we are rewarding those who truly make an effort in the game.
