My friend's League of Legends account has been wrongfully permanently banned. According to Riot he was banned for being toxic, yet had just got his account back from a 2 week ban, which in the first place he had gotten because 9 people in 1 game group reported him, he did nothing wrong. Riot's broken report system just punished him because so many people reported him. The day after his 2 week ban had ended he went into a game, did not say anything rude/mean/toxic and got group reported again, this is abuse of the report system and is getting innocent people who spend money on this game punished for the wrong reason.

You shouldn't be permanently banned for being toxic anyway, just permanently chat banned. The only thing they have done wrong was abuse others through the chat, so take away their chat privileges, a permanent ban is way to harsh and should only be given to people who have been warned for intentionally feed/using 3rd party programs other then Wooxy/Skin Spotlights and did not listen.

Fix this Riot.

And give Graves his Cigar back, this game is rated T and we have Champions/Skins who are over sexually designed in ways that are way worse then Graves' Cigar (Kitty Kat Katarina).
