Twitch is fundamentally broken and should not exist in League of Legends. He can come out of free moving stealth, AoE a whole team down from sniper distance, and gets resets.

I will play Twitch every game until everyone recognizes this and Riot removes him. We don't want a rework. We want him deleted.
