Team Builder was amazing, letting you get the roles you wanted without role calling leading to arguments over who got which role and role stealing, Team Builder fixed that. But Riot replaced Team Builder with the Dynamic Queue, and it's horrible, not only does it have longer queue times but it forces you to choose between 2 roles and not just guaranteeing you one role for every game, and the "Priority" of choosing a role as your primary and secondary is non-existent, for example:

If Player #1 chooses Mid primary and ADC secondary,

And Player #2 chooses ADC primary and Mid secondary, 

Then there's a possibility that both players will get their secondary role, completely ignoring the primary role priority.

Adding the 'Fill' option to Team Builder and bringing it back is the solution to our problem.
