I feel like the time has come as a community of gamers to finally talk about this issue - Graves can't have a cigar. Is it promoting smoking? No, Graves is a fictitious character with a pixel cigar. Hopefully if we get enough signatures Riot will notice us and bring back the thing that made Graves who he was.
