STOP Neighborhood Rezoning of Rio Rancho Estates Unit 17, Block 44, Lots 9A and 10A

STOP Neighborhood Rezoning of Rio Rancho Estates Unit 17, Block 44, Lots 9A and 10A

The Issue

The City of Rio Rancho is attempting to rezone Rio Rancho Estates Unit 17, Block 44, Lots 9A and 10A from Estate Residential to Commercial. This is being done to try to facilitate the sale of Lot 9A, which the City owns, to Redline Mechanical. The neighborhood including residents on Ontario Place, Manitoba Road and Sioux Road are fiercely against this proposal due to the resulting increase in traffic, opportunity for crime, sight and sound pollution which all results in a lower quality neighborhood and diminished home values.

The neighborhood must stand up against the City by fighting this proposal! Your voice and signature is needed!
