Rio Grande City, Roma, Fronton, Sullivan City and San Isidro are all infested with people who commit cruel crimes of Animal cruelty against animals every single day, yet there has never been 1 case of Animal cruelty prosecuted by this County or City. Cruel people in and around this entire area keep dogs tied in cruel and unusually hot days without providing shelter or water. People are allowed to keep their dogs chained continuously. People shoot cats and dogs and are not held accountable. commit the horrible crime of poisoning dogs and cats that roam this County unaltered and hungry staving for food the victims of being thrown away unwanted litteres. These crimes are apparent and very obvious all over the city. The citizens are demanding that officials take a tougher stance on cases as they relate to animal cruelty. We the citizens also demand that the City immediately implements programs that help citizens spay & Neuter their pets so as to control the pet population and take a tougher stance and prosecute those who commit these crimes. The city must intervene NOW!!  The taxpayers are demanding change!!
