Joe Frisco is in charge of the Ringling Elephants at Staples right now. He is the head trainer. I have worked side by side with him as he beat the crap out of several Elephants. I have seen him take a cattleprod and shock an Elephant over 100 times in rapid succession. He shocked her tongue, her legs, electrocuted her vagina, shocked her eye lid. He falsified T.B. tests. He used the bull hook like a baseball bat and beat the hell out of her ribs and forehead. He whacked her behind the legs. He did this with several elephants while working for the Carson and Barnes circus. He should be in jail. Ringling lies!
