सरकारी और प्राइवेट क्षेत्रों में रोजगार: अनगिनत दृष्टिबाधित और दिव्यांग युवाओं को आज किसी भी क्षेत्र में रोजगार नहीं मिल रहा है। सरकारी विभागों के साथ-साथ प्राइवेट सेक्टर, कंपनियों और उद्योगों में भी दिव्यांगजन आरक्षण के नियमों का कड़ाई से पालन कराया जाए और बैकलॉग के खाली पद तुरंत भरे जाएं।

समाज कल्याण विभाग के स्पेशल स्कूलों में भर्ती, दृष्टिबाधित शिक्षक और मानदेय: समाज कल्याण विभाग द्वारा संचालित 'विशेष विद्यालयों' (Special Schools) में स्टाफ की भारी कमी है। इन पदों पर सामान्य विशेष शिक्षकों के साथ-साथ योग्य दृष्टिबाधित (Visually Impaired) शिक्षकों और युवाओं को भी प्राथमिकता दी जाए। कार्यरत शिक्षकों को नाममात्र मजदूरी के बजाय सम्मानजनक मानदेय मिले।
Computer Education and Computer Teachers for Visually Impaired Students: Dedicated computer education facilities and trained computer teachers specialized in assisting visually impaired students must be provided in special schools and educational institutions.
कंप्यूटर शिक्षा और कंप्यूटर शिक्षक: दृष्टिबाधित विद्यार्थियों को कंप्यूटर की आधुनिक शिक्षा देने के लिए विशेष स्कूलों और संस्थानों में कंप्यूटर की पूरी सुविधा और इसके लिए विशेष प्रशिक्षित दृष्टिबाधित कंप्यूटर शिक्षकों की नियुक्ति की जाए।
Proper Importance to Braille Script: Braille script must be given its true importance and priority in education and learning, establishing it as a core foundation for the development of visually impaired students.
ब्रेल लिपि को उचित महत्व: शिक्षा और पठन-पाठन में ब्रेल लिपि को उसका वास्तविक महत्व और प्राथमिकता दी जाए, ताकि यह दृष्टिबाधित छात्रों के विकास का मुख्य आधार बन सके।
Active Participation of Students: Direct participation and representation of visually impaired students must be ensured in educational institutions and policy-making committees to understand and address real needs.

Accessible Public Infrastructure: All government buildings, offices, schools, colleges, hospitals, public transport, and roads must be barrier-free and disability-friendly, featuring tactile paving for the visually impaired and Braille signage with audio cues.
सुगम (Accessible) बुनियादी ढांचा: राज्य के सभी सरकारी भवनों, दफ्तरों, स्कूलों, कॉलेजों, अस्पतालों, सार्वजनिक परिवहन और सड़कों को पूरी तरह से 'बैरियर-фри' बनाया जाए। सड़कों पर 'टैक्टाइल पेविंग' और सार्वजनिक जगहों पर ब्रेल साइनेज व ऑडियो संकेत अनिवार्य किए जाएं।

पेंशन राशि में बढ़ोतरी: मंहगाई के दौर में जीवनयापन को सुगम बनाने के लिए दिव्यांग पेंशन की राशि तुरंत बढ़ाई जाए।
Digital and Administrative Accessibility: All government portals, forms, applications, and documents must be fully screen-reader friendly and accessible to visually impaired individuals.

Warning of Legal Action: If the administration fails to take swift and concrete action on these legitimate demands, we will be forced to knock on the doors of the court to protect our rights, with full responsibility lying on the administration.
