MP INVESTIGATION UPDATE:

It has now been a little over one month since the MP began his investigation into my funds held by the court, as per the Ombudsman's advice. The MP now holds both court reference numbers which will aid his investigation. The court also holds both recent and previous email communications that should make this a straightforward enquiry. We now await his findings.

They tell us "backlogs." What backlog spans EIGHT YEARS?

What backlog justifies delaying access to post-mortem images? REALLY!!

What backlog explains a court refusing to answer a simple question: Why is my application disclosure fee still sitting in the court?

I have raised countless complaints regarding my own case. The law is clear:  I am entitled to a fair hearing. Withholding evidence that you intend to rely on is a breach of human rights.

So we don't give up. We don't back down.

To be absolutely clear: if we do not receive the desired response from the court, we will not hesitate to contact the UK Parliamentary Joint Committee on Human Rights and escalate to the next steps with the MP, as per the Ombudsman's advice.
