I wanted to share a brief update regarding my complaint against the Cheshire Police investigation. The IOPC has escalated my complaint, which Cheshire Police has acknowledged, and the Professional Standards Department is handling the matter according to statutory guidelines. I've been provided with a reference number and details of the allegations as recorded. The investigation into the body registered as my brother, is now underway. As someone who has been advocating for justice for several years, I appreciate the importance of thorough investigations. Barrister Timothy Becker, who has been closely involved in my case, will continue to be kept informed of any, and all developments. We have also noted the time frames surrounding this case, and my barrister and I have consistently emphasized the importance of timely and thorough investigations. We appreciate the attention being paid to this aspect and acknowledge that the matters at hand have had significant and devastating far-reaching consequences. While this journey has been ongoing, I'm confident that the evidence gathered over the years will be taken into consideration. I'm looking forward to a fair and thorough investigation.

It's worth noting that this isn't my first experience with the Cheshire Police's Professional Standards Department. As far back as 2018, I expressed concerns about the investigative process. However, I'm encouraged that the accumulation of evidence over the past seven years has brought us to this point. I appreciate the transparency and accountability that this process brings, and I'm hopeful that it will lead to meaningful outcomes."
