We continue to seek answers and accountability in the case of my brother's car explosion. To date, we have reached out to several authorities to understand the circumstances surrounding this explosion and ensure our concerns are addressed. Specifically, we have contacted:
- The UK Parliament, to escalate our concerns and seek support from our elected representatives. We have received a response from the Home Affairs Committee, acknowledging our concerns and advising us to contact our local MP. However, we are still awaiting a response regarding the role of Home Office pathologists.
- The Mayor's Office in London, seeking guidance and direct contact information for relevant parties
- The Chief Coroner, to inquire about post-mortem examination handling and communication.
- The Police Conduct Office, to address investigation inaccuracies and concerns.
Barrister, Timothy, has been informed of all developments, including human rights concerns.
In a related matter, we have requested an emergency hearing with the UK court to determine the validity of an NHS document, which has been accepted in its legal capacity. We will provide updates on this matter as legally permissible.
We appreciate the support and solidarity of our community and will continue to keep you informed about our progress. We will persist in seeking responses and answers, including follow-up emails and potentially visiting offices in person if necessary.
