Exciting developments! Barrister Timothy reached out last week, and I've sent over the extra details we need to propel our case forward! Now, I'm eagerly awaiting his response and looking forward to discussing our next steps towards a positive outcome #emergencyhearing #disclosure
We've been on a lengthy waiting list for what feels like an eternity, waiting for basic information that should be readily available and is a part of one's human rights. According to the information provided, the body registered as my brother was reportedly taken to Warrington Hospital on the morning of May 15th, 2018. #TheLieTheyTold The car explosion occurred after the morning school run. We were told that we should NOT go to the hospital. Yes, you read that correctly. THEY!! Did not want us to go to the hospital to view the body. Can you imagine someone telling you that you shouldn't go to view your deceased loved one's body, especially if it's your child? Smh... Make that make sense, people. Anyway, we were told the body had been taken to Warrington Hospital. We arrived at the hospital on the evening of May 15th, 2018. The time is reflected on my parking ticket in the image above. My family and a family friend arrived at the hospital at a specific time. Notably, I will repeat, we never had the opportunity to see the body at any point in time at the Warrington Hospital; in fact, no one knew anything about this body, and as of September 22nd, 2025, no one has provided us with any written details as to why and where this body was at the Warrington Hospital, even when asked multiple times. #TheLieTheyTold
Now, let's discuss court documentation. In a court hearing, a judge mentioned corruption and the transcripts are available, people. Since then, Barrister Timothy has been working to ensure evidence is properly handled and presented in court, respecting the human rights process. Now, I am not legally trained; however, it is my understanding that if documentation is willingly held back or not presented properly, it can compromise the integrity of the case. It is a violation of one's human rights if the documentation is knowingly not presented properly, especially if evidence is available. This does not just deny one their opportunity to a fair trial, but has far-reaching consequences, consequences that may even possibly span international territories. So, my question is this: Why with-hold information and evidence, if there is nothing to hide? #TheLieTheyTold"
