Today I am sharing my latest experience with the UK legal system to highlight the urgent need for change. After 4 months of waiting for updates on my third-party disclosure, I tried calling my barrister at 4pm today, only to be reminded of the lengthy delays that have become all too familiar.
With the support of my barrister, emails have been sent to the pathologist and the coroner's office - but so far, there's been complete radio silence from the coroner's office and the pathologist. It's clear that some parties are choosing to ignore our requests, further prolonging this process.

For 7 years, I've navigated a system plagued by not just delays, but also evident human rights violations. It's clear that the current system is broken, and that's why we need your support to push for a new law that addresses these issues.
