After more than seven long years of no peace of mind, or closure, and being stonewalled with false allegations... I personally prefer to use a more simple word, LIES..Let's just call it what it is..    Oh, and delay tactics, we're FINALLY making progress.

Next week, I'll be giving you all another update on the third-party disclosure application. My barrister has been fighting for justice to prevail over my case for years, and I can finally say, I thank God, that I'm feeling hopeful. My barrister has been working tirelessly on my case. And such a complex case it is. I'm not legally trained, but I'm wondering if we could be looking at a lengthy appeal process if the application is denied. I mean, with all of my EVIDENCE, perhaps we could explore alternative options, and if things get delayed, maybe an emergency hearing would be necessary...This would be a significant step forward. I mean, if there is nothing to hide, WHY HIDE? Anyway, all of these questions have been put forward to my Barrister. In my opinion, generally, if things do not make sense, its because its nonsense.

I'll keep you all updated. One thing remains crucial to me: Parents deserve the right to access their deceased children's medical records and DNA, regardless of age.

MY CHILD, MY RIGHT ✅️.

If there's transparency, there should be no fear of disclosure.
