Thank you for supporting this petition thus far. Just a quick update on what's been going on. I'm awaiting paperwork I requested from the Barrister and his clerk yesterday 18 October 2022.

Unfortunately the UK next of kin ignored the pre action letter sent by myself and the Barrister in January 2022. We have never received the postmortem images or the NHS DNA. This is the DNA that I had to agree paperwork and payment for prior to collection. Imagine, someone with holds what you have paid for..OMG smh....Is that even legal...I'm not legal trained but the Barrister knows best.

Don't deny Parents access to DNA and medical records of their deceased children, regardless of their age. It's EVIL!
