The image below is an email I received on the 10 June 2020 from the friend of my brothers next of kin and UK ex, who is also the mother of his three children's. The friend has been contacting me (Leslie-Ann Samuel) on behalf of Jlloyds UK ex. For unknown reasons Jlloyds UK ex has repeatedly denied Jlloyds parents and I the remains of, what we have been told is Jlloyd Samuel. Who was reported dead on the 15 May 2018.
In an attempt to clear all confusion I replied to the email today 11 June 2020 attaching two documents. If the documents are signed the documents will grant immediate permission for the release of the correct DNA samples /blocks. The signed documents will enable Jlloyds family the closure and peace of mind they have been seeking for the last few years. Jlloyds family were promised the DNA samples/blocks at the inquest held on the 26 November 2019 for the body they registered as their son. Solicitor letters have been repeatedly ignored. The Samuel family does not want this to escalate to court but will face a court battle for the DNA samples if necessary.
The witness who tried to open Jlloyds car door before the car exploded clearly stated that there seemed to be no one in the vehicle, he went on to say, it seemed like someone had crashed the car and run from the vehicle. For unknown reasons this witness was not present at the inquest. I understand Jlloyd was threatened. Police have refused to investigate further.
My email reply.
