We have submitted an official complaint with the Court regarding the transfer of funds to the application for disclosure. We have also contacted the Legal Ombudsman regarding the same matter.

The Court confirmed they had the payment. The Court also agreed to release the funds. My barrister, Timothy Becker, is aware of all correspondence. This is absolutely disgusting and disgraceful.

I am still publicly fighting for what legally belongs to me, eight years later. Eight years after the car explosion. Eight years after the main witness stated there seemed to be no one in the vehicle. Eight years after then-coroner Mr. Moore stated he didn’t know if post-mortem images even existed. Eight years after a breach of contract. Yes, people — eight long years.

However, once the fee is obtained and the money has finally been transferred to the correct application — the application for disclosure — we can finally move forward as we await a court date for the DISCLOSURE of medical records, which include the post-mortem images. The images that my parents, Jlloyd’s parents, have been denied. It has taken eight years to disclose unseen post-mortem images for a body registered as my brother. Imagine that. smh. I cannot believe people are still trying to delay this.

God has not brought this case this far for nothing, and we're not going away. The spotlight stays on the court, on the disclosure, and on the process.

The Court has stated they aim to respond within the next 10 days to review the next steps. We will keep you updated as the truth unfolds.
