Why are families finding disturbing similarities in the shortcomings of how our system operates?
The same police force that failed to follow guidelines in the Letby case, is the same police force that gathered baseless evidence claiming my brother was in a vehicle explosion, even after the main witness stated otherwise – this witness statement was excluded from the Warrington Coroner's inquest. Coincidence?
On May 15, 2017, MP David Davis says things changed for Letby – she was identified as the force of suspicion after a single meeting with two consultants. Exactly one year later, May 15, 2018, my family and I received news of my brother's alleged death. Same police force. Same Coroner's office. Coincidence?
We've written to Liverpool's coroner, Mr. André Rebello, seeking post-mortem reports, and images related to the body identified as my brother. Both Liverpool coroner's office and the Warrington Coroners office can't seem to get the requested information together. Coincidence? Who's cherry-picking evidence?
In my case, historically referenced medical documents mentioned in court proceedings contradict the official narrative, calling into question the competence of the NHS, hospital policies, and the entire judiciary system. The Letby case also raised concerns about evidence sourcing by the same Warrington coroner office. Coincidence?
Why are families like mine sidelined, with legal biases given solely to next of kin? Families deserve to be included in the handling of their loved ones' medical reports. DNA tracking can bring truth and closure – it's time for transparency. The way evidence has been manipulated in both cases isn't good enough. Without reforms, families will keep suffering. We will be watching, very closely as both cases unfold. Stay Tuned
