OM-Gosh, Smh...I'm still trying to process everything that's happening, but I wanted to share the latest development with you all. After speaking with my Barrister, Timothy, yesterday morning, he feels it's best that we obtain the necessary disclosures, as per my long-awaited request and desire. I'm feeling a sense of hope and relief that we're finally moving forward with obtaining the disclosure for the relevant documents, including post-mortem images.
Over seven years later, I'm still fighting for access to documents I legally signed up for. Make that, make sense..Smh. It's disheartening, but I won't give up. What's crucial to note is that a historically referenced document, previously cited, holds significant relevance in this case. In fact, this document was not only significant but also a legally binding and recognized document under the NHS at the time. Its validity has been brought into question, and I believe it's essential to understand the gravity of its relevance. Its significance cannot be overstated; this document's importance is paramount.
This is what I've been pushing for all along, and I truly believe it will reveal the truth and help us navigate any other legal hurdles that come our way. It's been a long and difficult journey, but I know that obtaining the necessary disclosures will set us on the right path – the path of justice and truth.
I'm grateful for your continued support and patience. This is exactly why it's critical for parents to have access to DNA and medical records of their deceased children, regardless of age. Your encouragement means a lot to me.
As some of you know, we had previously discussed submitting documents to the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner (OPCC) on the 29th of November 2025. However, after careful consideration and consultation with my Barrister, for now, he has decided to focus our efforts on our pursuit of obtaining the disclosure, as this will also allow for a more timely and cost-effective process.
Moving forward, Barrister Timothy has agreed for us to meet on Monday, the 1st of December 2025, to prepare and lodge the necessary documents to challenge the legal validity of the NHS document. I will keep you all posted on how the meeting pans out.
Additionally, there may be some strategic adjustments to our legal team, which I'm excited to share with you once the details are finalized.
Thank you for standing with me through this journey. Transparency is the key to the truth. Let's keep pushing forward together for parents' rights to access DNA and medical records of their deceased children, regardless of age – a cause that's especially crucial in cases of missing persons and terminal illnesses.
