As the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner (OPCC) deadline approaches, with just days left,  concerns regarding procedural transparency, has come to our attention, that the post-mortem examination reports for the body identified as my brother were reportedly reviewed by not only the Coroner for Warrington, Cheshire, Alan Moore, but also the Liverpool Coroner's office, a source has confirmed. Detail that raises further questions about the handling of evidence and transparency in this matter. The Liverpool coroner's office remains unresponsive. The requested information is crucial for our (OPCC), Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner review. The 29th November 2025 is the deadline, all documents must be submitted by this date, and withholding it could be perceived as a deliberate attempt to breach human rights. On November 20th, 2025, we contact the Liverpool Coroner’s office for the third time. Supported by my barrister, Timothy Becker, we notified the coroner's office of our intention to escalate this matter unless we receive a response within the specified seven-day period.

The handling of post-mortem images, DNA, and reports is vital to our case. Given the public statement that the identified body was my brother, Jlloyd, we question the delay in providing evidence, the lack of actual evidence, and the secrecy surrounding this matter.

What's equally concerning is the noticeable silence from individuals and organisations that were initially so vocal. Where is the accountability? Where is the transparency? Those who rushed to share their narrative with the public have gone quiet, leaving us with more questions than answers. We deserve the truth. It's time for those responsible to be held accountable, and we will continue to push for answers and justice. The lack of transparency and accountability has only added to the pain and suffering of those affected.

It's absolutely unacceptable that people are being left in limbo, and we're determined to get the answers we deserve. The inquest findings are just that – findings. #TheLieTheyTold

I know my brother, Jlloyd wasn't in the vehicle when it exploded. Point blank. There is no evidence of that. None!

We're fighting for parents' rights to access DNA and medical records

PARENTS RIGHT TO KNOW !

My Child, My Right ✅️

Allow parents access to DNA and medical records of their deceased children, regardless of age. This is especially crucial in cases of missing persons, where timely access to DNA records can be the key to reunification, and for families facing terminal illnesses, where every moment counts.

Thank you for standing with us. I truly believe parents have a right to this information.  #ParentsRightToKnow
