UPDATE!!
I wanted to update you on the progress of our campaign. We've sent a follow-up email, again, to Warrington NHS as their response deadline has passed. We're seeking clarity on the legal validity of their document, particularly given they agreed to the collection of DNA samples. To be honest, I am still not sure as to why it's taking the NHS so long to get back to us. Is it a legally binding document or not?
We're concerned that the lack of transparency regarding the validity of their documentation has already impacted my right to a fair trial. Barrister Timothy Becker is currently working on our pending court case, and we're actively seeking measures to ensure this doesn't happen again.
I've received a response from the Chief Coroner's office regarding my previous questions. Although they didn't address my concerns directly, we're now seeking clarity on why and exploring ways to get the answers we need. I'm awaiting direct links from the Chief Coroner’s office to relevant information, which we'll share on the website www.letzfocus.com to support others navigating similar situations."
Barrister Timothy Becker and I are committed to getting answers and will keep you posted on any developments.
Thank you for your continued support.
