They have also quietly submitted the demolition of the rear extension as a separate application under the reference NYM/2024/0416 without full public notice or consultation; excluding objections to the demolition from NYM/2024/0413 along with an objection from the RSPB that demolishing this rear extension between March and September would be an offence under the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 owing to the presence of nesting wild birds.
