This past few days anti social behaviour in the city centre has been rife what with Halloween celebrations going slightly wrong for some people. You probably saw about the PSPO that was put in place to deflect the antisocial behaviour away from the high street and surrounding areas. 
However, as usual we on the Queensway estate get sidelined and where do the antisocial ones like to come??? Straight away onto the estate. 
I was almost hit by a low flying thrown firework which missed me by inches. Thrown by antisocial young people unfortunately. Something needs to give and without your help Essex police and South Essex homes will not listen to our plight. Carry on sharing and signing please
