Humans have invaded every nook and corner of the world and snatched away the habitat of every specie and caused extinction and endangerment of various species already. After causing the largest scale of destruction and environmental deterioration, when humans have not yet been declared as vermin, we have no right to classify any species as vermin when all they are trying to do is survive. If there is indiscriminate increase in population of any species, the right way to handle that is ABC programs and vaccinations. Also, in tourist places like Shimla, it is vital to maintain the ecological flora and fauna balance, else there is really no point calling a place a tourist spot. 

Together lets urge the Ms Maneka Gandhi and PFA to urge the Forest authorities not to go ahead with the decision of culling feral monkeys in Shimla. Culling has never offered a constructive solution or positive outcome and never will. Just as ABC and vaccination programs work for stray dogs, the same can be adopted with any stray animals.
