Well yesterday new complaints and Subject Access Requests went in to South Yorkshire Police and Yorkshire Trust, as turns out that Ricki's mother called police 5 Days before his body was found and only 3 day's since i last spoke to him, and was advised to call NHS 111 under the Right Care Right Person policy, which she did and later NHS 111 Called her back and told her they could not contact Ricki and for her to call the police back and tell them to put Ricki as a missing person, she called police back but even with the say so from her about NHS 111 telling her to report him  as missing , South Yorkshire Police sais and i quite" They can't accept him as a missing person until all reasonable enquires are made at his home address, and they suggested she get a taxi( over an hours drive away) to check his home address", and again there advice was if she gets no answer then call NHS 111 and request an ambulance to atttend Ricki's address btw this is all between 8pm and 10pm. Reasoning - If coroner can not determine a cause or date of death, apart from he died before the date he was found then it stands that if police or NHS 111 had attended like they should have when his mother made calls to them 5 Day's before he was found and only 3 days since i last spoke to him then theres a high chance he was alive.

Round Two Begins and i'm still fighting round 1 with police trying to overturn their's and the  IOPC upheld  investigation where they said my call should have been handled as a Missing Person and the level of service i got was not acceptable, which is strange as in Ricki's mums call she tells them that NHS 111 have told her to call police and report him missing but don't and little old me on the outcome of the second investigation they go only on my words to then decide that a missing person report should have been done and Ricki should have been treated as one, and all i got in that letter was "Sorry for any Inconvenience Caused" , No Appology no empathy no Nothing.

Watch this space i 'aint finished with them yet

Next Month i have a meeting with the next soon to be  re-elected MP Dan Jarvis as he and his office are investigating this
