The Ambulance Service has informed the Palimentary Health Obusman that i will have a response to the points and questions i raised from their investigation outcome letter that i received begining of December 2023. I'm informed i will have a response by 31st of March 2024, just shy of 5 months after i requested Answers to their investigation outcome, if i don't get a response by then the ombusman will start their own investigation, either way , the ombusman will lookat opening an investigation, strange that last email i had from the Ambulance Service was to in form me that they had their answers but need to run it past their legal team first, that was a month ago.

i received an email from the Independant Office for Police Conduct, as expected, they sided with the police, no surprise, suposed to be independant, but in 2022 their office investigated over 80,000 complants about the police and only 1% were found not in favor of the police, mmm Independant????

Still one question neither the IOPC or the Police haven't answered is why when under the new police wasn't i advised straight away to call NHS111 but after explaning everthing to the operator i ended up having to wait 80 minutes for a callback.

I have since put in another complaint with South Yorkshire police wanting that question answered.
