The fight goes on, On Dec 7th 2023 as instructed by the Palimentary Health Ombusman, i went back to Yorkshire Ambulance Service, as in their investigation outcome there was a lot of un answered question, over 3 weeks ago they promised me answers by the 22nd of Feb(over 10 weeks since i first asked), then two days ago they e/mailed back and said they were waiting for their legal dept to sign the response off, STILL WAITING!
The IOPC, which ive found out back in 2022 they had over 80,000 complaints against the police but strangely only 1% was in favor of the person making the complaint 99% in the police favor(supposed to be independant),anyways they sided with the police but when i went back to them as one big question that was never answered by them or the police and that was, Why under this so called new policy where my call should have been assessed and i should have been told after i explained all my concerns, to contact NHS 111 but instead i was transfered in to another queue , with the option to leave my number and get a call back in 50 minutes, but the call back came 80 minutes later, only to be told what i should have been told on the initial call, and after responding to the IOPC they said theres nothing they can do, so now i've had to start a new complaint with South Yorkshire Police, to get this simple question answered that i've asked since the begining.
Now knowing that Ricki's Date of Death is the day he was found, on the police's part an 80 minutes delay could have made a difference, i said from day one of finding out of this new Right Care Right Person Policy that it will cost lives and in this case it might have done. Will Keep Updating.......
