We have to many people backyard breeding, not getting their animals fixed. To many people think how adorable a puppy looks and how fun to understand how much work goes into taking care of them so they end up dumped or they decide their dog is old and do not want anymore and dump them. I see people getting dogs for bait, getting abused, neglected, under feed, over feed, left outside in all elements of weather. we need stronger laws and I feel if we can have a sex offender list why not a animal offender list. I as a owner, rescuer, one who fosters and has nursed many dogs back to health should be able to know if I am rehoming or adopting out to someone who has harmed one of gods creatures.
