Popular rapper Rick Ross, in Rocko's song U.O.E.N.O. (You Don't Even Know It), bragged that he "put molly all in her champagne, she ain't even know it, I took her home & enjoyed that, she ain't even know it". Molly is a type of drug. If what he is saying is true, not just meaningless lyrics he has just publicly admitted to drugging and raping a woman. This should be investigated further and he should be prosecuted. If it is not true and they are just lyrics, he has still just glorified rape and this should not be ignored. Change doesn't come from being outraged about big cases like the Steubenville rape trial. The dominant rape culture today has come from people ignoring and even glorifying statements like this because the song sounds good in the club. You don't have to be a feminist to support this, but roofy-ing and rape are very serious and shockingly common problems, so if you are not comfortable with them, then please sign this to ensure that some sort of action is taken and RIck Ross is held responsible.
