So, I complete & utter shock - I just got a call from Senator Thad Altman's Office. An EXTREMELY nice, understand & patient woman by the name of "Nancy" spoke with me for about 1 hour and 15 minutes regarding John's case (I sent him a letter on July 8,2015). She gave me A LOT of useful information. Here it is: BAD NEWS 1ST- The Legislative Branch of our Government CAN NOT intervene in ANY WAY on ANY Judicial Matters either Criminal or Civil. Apparently our Constitution FORBIDS it within our "Separation of Powers" Laws! So, pursuant to "House Ethics Rules" ANY person whom is an elected official in the Legislative Branch CAN NOT HELP US! GOOD NEWS- She gave me some names & Departments in which she HIGHLY recommends I send the EXACT same letter to! So, I'm spending the night (After my Lilith goes to sleep) researching email addresses & snail mail addresses to the following: 1-18th Judicial Circuit Court 2-Chief Judge for Brevard County (Criminal Division) 3-Judicial Qualifications Commission
