Sydney Davis is being bullied every day, started in 3rd grade 2017. It is now 2019 and she has been placed back in the classroom with the girls that bully her. She has missed 2/3 days of school this week because she is petrified. Her parents have been trying day after day for a resolution with no results.  

Frankfort school district 157c is refusing to act immediately on her behalf. 

Investigate Chelsea Intermediate School for negligence and a potential breach of its duty of care towards its students in light of accusations of failure to address incidents of bullying. We advise everyone to sign this petition as it affects every parent of every child. We hand over responsibility of our children 7 hours a day, 5 days a week the moment we leave them at the school. We therefore should expect a level of care, and safety to be observed by those whose care they are under.
