I am sick and tired of seeing cats and dogs left outside to roam free and wind up getting hit by cars, and seeing these animals chained up outside all day everyday regardless of the weather conditions. 

They are left to freeze, get heat exhaustion, get poured on with rain, or hit and killed by cars. Most of them are not even adequately fed and are slowly starving. How can this extremely inhumane act continue to be allowed in this state?

These animals are treated like an alarm system, not a living, breathing, feeling creature and this sick and twisted barbaric treatment of these beautiful animals must stop! 

I am hoping that leash laws will be enacted and enforced, as well as outlawing animals being able to be left outside 24/7. These loving animals need a voice to speak up for them and the horrible treatment they receive, and I hope you will join me in making that voice loud and unending until it is heard.
