RAISE ANIMAL CRUELTY PENALTY TO 5 YEAR MAX AND $5,000 FINE!
The Issue
Right now, the penalty for wrongful animal death is only six months maximum with no fine. In Charleston, SC, there is a five year maximum with a 5,000 dollar maximum fine. I want to petition our senators to match the jail time and fine to that which exists in Charleston, SC. Please help me help our senators understand that we must be the voice for animals that have no voice. Sign my petition today and make a difference!
