Derecho Constitucional a la Alimentación 2011 Constitución de los Estados Unidos de México 1917
Los Artículos 4 y 27 fueron revisados para garantizar el derecho de alimentos en México. "[ Estado tiene la obligación de garantizar el derecho [a la alimentación] ... y para asegurar el suministro suficiente de alimentos básicos a través del desarrollo integral y SOSTENTIBLE (artículo 27)." [84] El lenguaje formal es "Artículo 4: Toda persona tiene el derecho a una alimentación adecuada para mantener su bienestar y el desarrollo físico, emocional e intelectual. el Estado debe garantizar este derecho. "[85] Por el artículo 27, numeral XX, la revisión es" el desarrollo rural SOSTENTIBLE e integral ( ...) también tendrá entre sus objetivos que el Estado garantizará el suministro eficiente y oportuno de los alimentos básicos a lo establecido por la ley ".

San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato, México - conocido como el "Corazón de México" - es reconocido como un patrimonio de la humanidad (Educación de las Naciones Unidas, la Ciencia y la Cultura), votada "# 1 en el mundo" destino del viaje en 2013 por Conde Naste Magazine y cuenta con el lema "más hermosa que nunca". "Orgullo y Compromiso" es el lema del Estado de Guanajuato.
Sin embargo - SMA NO ES SOSTENIBLE.
Agua local en SMA - está contaminada por fluoruro, arsénico y bacterias coliformes, Chem-senderos se pulverizan con regularidad, la población (y, por tanto, más contaminación) sigue creciendo. Naturaleza / animales están siendo maltratados, abandonados y maltratados a diario. Tenemos fotos, videos, testimonios escritos / pruebas y primera oculares mano testigos de todo esto ... recopilada durante muchas décadas.
El Reglamento para el Control Canino y Protección de los Animales Domésticos en SMA han existido desde el año 2002. Sin embargo, en este momento se están violando todos los días en SMA.
Muchos miembros de la comunidad internacional respetado, incluyendo nacionales mexicanos, están preocupados por nuestra crisis actual del agua, la falta de soluciones viables y sostenibles y el maltrato animal en curso. Muchos están diciendo "ya basta" y tomar acción. Nosotros como comunidad pedimos la administración y los líderes actuales de hacerlo también. Sé el cambio que queremos ver en el mundo ... no sólo para nosotros .. para Sostenible colectiva Sagrado vida en SMA.

1. Tóxico / agua potable contaminada - no, limpio, agua pura fresca en SMA
2. Tóxico aire / contaminado - estelas químicas y la contaminación - no hay aire puro

San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato, Mexico - known as the "Heart of Mexico" - is recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site (United Nations Education, Science and Cultural Organization), voted "#1 in the world" travel destination in 2013 by Conde Naste Magazine and boasts the motto "More Beautiful Than Ever". "Pride and Commitment" is the motto of the State of Guanajuato.
Yet - SMA is NOT SUSTAINBLE.
local water in SMA - is contaminated by fluoride, arsenic, and coliform bacteria, Chem-trails are sprayed regularly, the population (and therefore more pollution) continues to grow. Nature/animals are being mistreated, neglected and abused on a daily basis. We have photos, videos, written testimonials/evidence and first hand eye witnesses to all of this...collected for many decades.
The Regulations for for Control Canino and Protection of Domestic Animals in SMA have existed since 2002. Yet, in this moment are being violated every day in SMA.
Many respected International community members, including Mexican Nationals, are concerned about our current water crisis, lack of viable sustainable solutions and the ongoing animal abuse. Many are saying "Enough is Enough" and taking action. We as a community ask the current administration and leaders to do so as well. Be the change we want to see in the world...not just for us.. for collective Sustainable Sacred Life in SMA.
