Subtitles should be required for all professional music videos

The vast majority of official music videos for all major artists lack subtitles.  This excludes the deaf community entirely.  While it is true that the deaf can not enjoy the music side of the video, it is also true that the screenplay and the lyrics are an important part of the experience as well.  Without in-video lyrics, people who are deaf are forced to watch the video and try and follow along with the lyrics without knowing when they actually occur in the video.  This is totally unacceptable in a society with more than enough resources to make it happen.
