North Wales Police deliberately ran over a dog who was loose on the A55 at Conwy.  They claim there was no other option.  They could have closed the road and had the dog tranquillised.  There was no need to kill him/her.  They should be held accountable for this, it's despicable behaviour from supposedly responsible people.
